Where History meets the Future
Each year, the Georgia Young Republicans host our annual State Convention. This year, we are excited to head back to beautiful Savannah, Georgia. You are invited to join your fellow Young Republicans from all across Georgia for a weekend of politics, networking, friendship building, and some good old Southern fun Savannah style. Weekend activities will include a pre-convention party Friday night, the YR State Convention to be held 1-hour following the conclusion of the GA GOP convention, and a post convention celebration Saturday night in downtown Savannah. This is your opportunity to meet your elected officials, network with many of the prominent business leaders in Georgia, build connections with your fellow YRs, and have a great time doing it all.
Each YR club will be allotted Delegates based on the size of their membership. In order to become a Delegate to the YR Convention all you need to do is notify your local club Chairman that you want to serve as a Delegate. From there, your Chairman will select those to represent your club in at the State Convention where you will have the opportunity to elect your statewide officers for the coming year.

The Georgia YR, through its many YR clubs, provides you access to many of Georgia’s most influential Republican, business, and community leaders in addition to allowing you to tap into the vast network we have created. The ability to meet so many of Georgia’s leaders will benefit you personally, politically, and professionally.
Politics can be fun and we work to provide that experience at all of our events. Through our many social activities, happy hours, fundraisers, and grassroots events we strive to make politics a full and enjoyable experience for all who participate. As Young Republicans we provide a special service to the GOP which centers on our youth, energy, and ability to influence an entire generation of voters. With your help we will continue to do so.
